All Classes are booked for the full series with an option to book for a single class.


I am an experienced yoga teacher with over 30 years teaching practice. My programs include corporate classes, group classes, 1-2-1 sessions, menopausal workshops and talks,  and yoga retreats.  

500 RYS, Restorative Yoga and Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga, Yoga for Menopause. all qualifications meet the required standards of Yoga Alliance.I Love my Yogis and I will give my all to make sure YOU get the best experience possible.

I feel so strongly about mindfulness and kindness & gratitude & all the teachings that come from this transformative practice that they are constantly at the forefront of my teaching. I am open and caring and love to share my knowledge while always hungry to learn more.

One amazing thing to come from lockdown is being able to build an online community and bring yoga to your home. Giving your day purpose and still feeling part of a beautiful group. We are all in this together and if there was ever a time to practice yoga, now is that time!

NEW CLASS: Vinyasa Slow Flow

This practice offers a synchronised flow between our breath and movement. Although poses are taught through a flow we will hold poses and get deeper in to our practice and the flows will be much slower then my other classes

The last 10 mins of class will be slowed down and spent in either a restorative pose or yoga Nidra.

This practice will challenge your strength and work on your flexibility, and will also leave you with a beautiful sense of pure relaxation.

This practice is suitable for all and options will be offered throughout.

Strong Vinyasa Flow

Suitable for those who can easily get up and down from the floor…I’ll teach you the rest.

This is a strong practice which is rewarding, revitalising & sometimes physically demanding. With an energising & fun approach. Whilst always making it accessible to achieve with options for your level - We all have to start somewhere.

Full of positive energy and intentions, starting with a short meditation and breathing techniques before the fun begins.

It is a vinyasa-style yoga class which is dynamic and synchronises breath with a flow of a series of yoga poses, but a chance to hold and deepen your understanding of the poses.

Every class is different, exciting and energetic.

This practice will bring you increased flexibility, increased muscle tone, strength and achieving great alignment in your poses

Laughter and the feeling of being uplifted is an added bonus

Who Knows you might find yourself achieving poses you never thought you could do.

You will be set up for your day!

Dynamic Flow Yoga

All of my classes begin with a short centering meditation. 

This is a strong practice which is fun, vigorous & physically demanding. 

Full of positive energy and intentions, starting with a short meditation and breathing techniques before the fun begins.

It is a vinyasa-style yoga class which is dynamic and synchronises breath with a flow of a series of yoga poses. we will prepare the body for deeper work.

Every class is different, exciting, energetic and integrated with my love of yoga philosophy.

This practice will bring you increased flexibility, build muscle tone & strength in your entire body and yet leave you with a feeling of being uplifted and reconnected with your body.

Who knows you might find yourself achieving poses you never thought you could do.

Wonderful for mixed abilities… I’ll teach you the rest.

Getting into the Nitty Gritty

Here is the perfect class for you if you are new to yoga or would like to check your alignment safely whilst calming the mind and learning to create full body awareness.

All of my classes begin with a short meditation to connect with your practice and self.

You will be lead expertly to explore poses in detail, breaking down the flow and mastering each and every transition between poses with correct alignment and breath.

Every pose has an option so we will definitely find the ones that work for you! You will deepen your understanding of the basics of Yoga whilst moving towards a more flowing practice.

You’ll enjoy the presence of being in your pose allowing the muscles to awaken.

Everybody can do yoga. EVERY BODY!

You can’t beat having my undivided attention and knowledge on you!

No matter where you with your practice, a complete beginner or wanting to take your practice to the next level I will support and guide you to acheive your goals

I will design your program bespoke to your needs, all one to one sessions will be pitched to the right level to ensure you are still challenged and constantly progressing in your practice.
