I honestly struggled through Peri-menopause, that was simply because I didn’t know what it was, or what was going on. After years of research and including my yoga into the mix, the experience feels easier and less stressful.

This workshop will help you understand what is happening in the body and how the change in hormone levels cause the undesirable effects to your body and mind
