In this wonderful retreat you can expect:

  • Meditaion

You will be lead through a visualisation meditation helping you leave the rest of your day at the door. Gently adjusting your mind into the present moment.

  • Pranyama - breathing teqniques

You will learn some useful and calming yogic breathing which will benefit you during the retreat as well as in your daily life. It’s amazing how breathing techniques can change your mood in the matter of minutes.

  • Asana Practice

Our yoga flow will be lead in a slow nurturing way, holding poses to find the softness, strength and benefit of each pose. You will learn ways to support and release tension in the body whilst calming your mind with your breath

  • Restorative Yoga

Isn’t it wonderful to be told to do less! That is exactly what you will do in these wonderful nourishing restorative poses. Helping you to replenish and restore your body & nervous system. Maybe it’ll be a new experience for you to feel relaxed. Learning to let go!

We were all set for a lovely escape on the Yoga Retreat weekend then lockdown happened
Annie moved to plan B – ditch the dinner and the wine to keep all the yoga, breathing and meditation experiences. A virtual retreat was born.
2 hours of personal indulgence at home to rebalance ourselves amongst our Yogi friends. Everything delivered perfectly minus the hangover!
Re-energised and focused for the days ahead.

Yoga Nidra translates to yogic sleep. Time to let me lead you in this glorious full body and mind relaxation. It involves simple visualisation to move through sleeping and waking states of consciousness. Benefits include better sleep, stress management, peace of mind and regeneration.

This day is all about you giving you the time and love you deserve!

All you need is:

Your beautiful self in comfortable clothes
Bolster - I will send a short video of how to make one (no sewing needed)
Yoga Block (you can use a book) 
Yoga Mat (towel) Blanket, Cushions or Pillow
Water
