She speaks candidly about her perimenopause journey on Instagram. Her account is funny, informative and extremely honest as she goes around putting different products and services to the test.

I hope you love our wonderful relaxed conversation, I know I did

‘To HRT, Or Not To HRT, That Is The Question’

Podcast Episode 7:

‘To HRT, Or Not To HRT, That Is The Question’

Welcome back to my crazy journey to midlife, and congratulations to you for reaching this stage too.

So my lovely ladies this week I am joined by a strong wonderful woman, speaking all the way from Canada .

Tammy shares how she was misdiagnosed with professional burn out forcing her to leave a high powered nursing job of over 30 years, a job She loved. Resulting in being prescribed anti-depressants when actually…

Yep you’ve guessed it! She was in fact in peri menopause.

Tammy spent over 3 years doing her own research only to realise that it wasn’t anti-depressants she needed but HRT

I invite you to join our very open, in depth conversation about HRT and whether it is, after all a good option. I am not giving medical advice, just our opinions and experiences.

I know this is not for every woman, but I feel the more you learn about it, the wider your choices. This is what Tammy had to say…
